Retainer Policy.

I work on a client by client by client basis, and create a personalised Skin Treatment plan. Your skin health and time is important to me and I have the following Terms and Conditions to help me be able to service your skin needs to the best of my ability.

Terms and Conditions for Individualised Skin Treatment Plans

I am excited to embark on a personalised skincare journey with you. Before we begin, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions:

One-on-One Consultation:

All our services are provided on a one-on-one basis to ensure a personalised experience tailored to your unique skincare needs.

Customised Skin Treatment Plans:

I take pride in creating customised and individualised skincare plans designed exclusively for you. My goal is to address your specific concerns and achieve optimal skin health.

Retainer Fee:

To secure your initial booking full prepayment is required.
A non-refundable retainer fee of $50 is required to secure your future appointments. This is for any appointment.

Cancellation or Postponement:

I understand that plans may change. To accommodate this, I require a minimum 72 hours notice for any cancellation or postponement. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer fee. You will get one short notice cancellation or postponement every 12 months with no loss of retainer.

Appointment Confirmation:

Your appointment is confirmed only upon receipt of the retainer fee. I recommend securing your preferred appointment time at your earliest convenience. I will send you out a text reminder to your mobile phone 2 days before your appointment.

Late Arrivals:

I strive to provide the best service within the scheduled time. Please be punctual for your appointment to ensure you receive the full benefits of your treatment.

Payment:

Full payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. We accept all major credit cards, eftpos and cash payment.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

Your personal information and skincare details are kept strictly confidential. I adhere to all privacy regulations to ensure the security of your data.

Consent for Photography:

Clients may be requested to provide consent for photographs of their skin for professional, commercial and social media use, while ensuring privacy and confidentiality. This is a separate waiver form.
