Beautifully considered. Never cookie-cutter.
Cosmetic tattoo is about creating definition that makes your life easier, not creating a completely different face.
My approach is intentionally soft and natural, with careful consideration of your existing features, skin tone, colouring, lifestyle and what you actually want to see when you look in the mirror.
Whether we’re creating a new brow, correcting previous cosmetic tattoo or adding subtle definition to the lash line, the goal is always the same:
It should look like you. Just a little more effortless.
Every cosmetic tattoo appointment begins with consultation and careful planning. We’ll discuss your expectations, existing tattoo work, colour, shape, skin and the healing process before we decide whether treatment is appropriate.
And sometimes the answer will be not yet.
That’s part of good cosmetic tattooing too.
Soft Powder Brows.
Soft definition. Beautifully understated.
Soft Powder Brows create a softly shaded brow rather than individual hair strokes.
The result can range from an incredibly subtle veil of colour through to a little more definition, depending on your natural brows, skin and preference.
They’re designed to give you shape and definition without looking like you’ve drawn your eyebrows on with a texta.
Your colour and shape will be carefully selected to complement your features and soften beautifully as they heal.
Ideal for:
Clients wanting more brow definition.
Sparse brows.
Uneven brows.
Clients who prefer a softly made-up appearance.
Your appointment process includes:
Pre-Service Consultation - This first appointment includes a natural brow design and colour, a patch test, and we can have a chat about your wants and whether I’m the Cosmetic Tattooist to create your ideal brows. No ink in the skin during this first appointment.
Cosmetic Tattoo Application - Appointment two includes:
Brow mapping
Custom colour selection
Cosmetic Tattoo application
Aftercare guidance
Colour Boost at 12 weeks.
This third appointment is needed for 90% of clients to reinforce the colour, tweak the design and fill in any areas of missing ink.
Colour Correction.
Sometimes the best new brow starts with understanding the old one.
Previous cosmetic tattoo doesn’t always heal the way we hoped.
Colour can shift. Pigments can fade unevenly. Brows can become too warm, too cool, too dark or simply no longer suit your face.
Colour correction is about understanding what is already there before deciding what to do next.
I’ll assess your existing tattoo, colour, saturation, skin and desired outcome before determining whether correction is appropriate.
In some cases, colour correction may be possible.
In others, removal or fading may be the better first step.
There is no one-size-fits-all fix.
An existing cosmetic tattoo must be assessed before booking colour correction.
Chemical Removal.
Sometimes we need to take a step backwards before we can move forwards.
If you’re unhappy with your previous cosmetic tattoo, removal or fading may be an option before corrective work or a new cosmetic tattoo.
Chemical removal works by carefully treating the tattooed area to encourage pigment to leave the skin as the area heals.
Your skin and existing tattoo will be assessed first to determine whether you’re a suitable candidate.
Multiple sessions may be required, and results vary depending on the pigment, depth, age and previous treatments.
Removal is a process, not a magic eraser.
And I’m much more interested in giving you an honest assessment than promising something your skin can’t deliver.
Lash Line Enhancement.
Definition without the heavy eyeliner.
Lash Line Enhancement is a subtle cosmetic tattoo treatment designed to add depth and definition along the lash line.
Rather than creating a dramatic eyeliner look, the focus is on making the lash line appear naturally fuller and the eyes subtly more defined.
It’s particularly lovely if you like looking a little more “put together” without actually wanting to put makeup on every morning.
The shape, placement and intensity will be discussed carefully during your consultation.
Think definition, not drama.
Your Cosmetic Tattoo Consultation.
Before we tattoo, we talk.
Cosmetic tattooing is semi-permanent, so I’m not interested in rushing you into a treatment.
We’ll discuss:
Your desired shape and result
Your natural features
Existing cosmetic tattoo
Skin type and condition
Colour selection
Previous treatments
Healing expectations
Aftercare
Whether the treatment is appropriate for you
During your consultation, I’ll map your brows before we begin, then shape and colour them to give you a sense of what your finished brows will look like for a few days, so you can decide if this is really what you are looking for and make sure you’re comfortable with the proposed shape and colour.
You should never feel pressured to say yes.
If I don’t think a treatment is appropriate, I’ll tell you.
Good cosmetic tattoo should make your life easier, not become something you have to think about.
Soft. Considered. Personal.
